Important Guest Information
- Please fill out a separate application form for double occupancy.
- Accommodation is limited to 2 persons per suite and 4 persons in Aurae Family Suites.
- All guests are requested to share their latest medical reports prior to arrival.
- Submission of valid ID proof at the time of admission is mandatory.
Wellness Guidelines
- Pregnant women and children below 14 years will not be permitted to participate in wellness activities.
- Guests are advised not to carry or wear valuable jewellery during their healing stay. Aurae Wellness will not be responsible for the safety of such items if brought.
- Outside food, soft drinks, liquor, cigarettes, tobacco products, and drugs are strictly prohibited within the premises.
General Policy
- The right of admission rests solely with the management.
- Our cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.
