WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF STAY?
- If you are looking to undergo a basic holistic & wellness program, we suggest a minimum of 1 week.
- If you are looking for a weight management program, we suggest a minimum of 2 weeks.
- For Medical Programmes and chronic ailments anywhere between 2–6 weeks.
- From our experience, most people like to stay longer than we recommend.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY STAY?
Guests will receive therapies and treatments, along with a customized nutritious diet, all prescribed by our doctors to support the achievement of their wellness goals. Periodic consultations and check-ups will be provided, including an initial assessment upon arrival and a final check-up before departure. Throughout their stay, guests will also participate in a variety of wellbeing activities designed to promote detoxification, rejuvenation, relaxation, follow up advice and the adaptation of a holistic wellness lifestyle.

WHAT ARE THE WELLNESS PACKAGES AVAILABLE?
At Aurae wellness retreat, we acknowledge that every guest has a distinct wellness journey. We don’t adopt a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, our expert wellness doctors will tailor a personalized wellness plan, including a customized diet, treatment and activity regime, to help each guest achieve their unique health and wellness goals.
WHAT IS THE CLIMATE LIKE IN BHOJNAGAR?
Bhojnagar, located in Himachal Pradesh, experiences a humid subtropical climate with varied seasons. The resort is fully temperature-controlled for year- round comfort.
In winter (Dec-Feb), daytime temperatures range from 10°C to 15°C, with nights dropping to 3°C to 12°C.
Spring (Mar-May) sees temperatures between 18°C to 25°C during the day and 8°C to 15°C at night.
Summers (Jun-Aug) range from 25°C to 35°C during the day and 15°C to 20°C at night, with frequent rainfall.
Autumn (Sep-Nov) offers mild temperatures of 15°C to 25°C and cooler nights.
CAN WE USE GADGETS LIKE MOBILE, LAPTOP, ETC.?"
At Aurae Wellness, we believe in the importance of “digital detox” for true relaxation and rejuvenation. Our sanctuary is designed to help replenish your energy, and we kindly request that you refrain from using electronic devices in common areas, consultations, and the therapy room. This ensures a peaceful environment for both you and your fellow guests. However, you are welcome to use your devices in the privacy of your room.

We kindly inform you that we offer a vegetarian-only menu. Our carefully curated meals, rich in essential nutrients, are designed to support long-term health, prevent illnesses, and promote overall well-being.
IS SMOKING AND ALCOHOL ALLOWED?
As a wellness and healing Resort, we offer food and beverages carefully curated to support your well-being. We kindly request that you follow the diet plan recommended by our doctors and nutritionists to maximize the benefits of your wellness journey.

We kindly ask that these guidelines be carefully followed, as any deviation from the resort’s policies may lead to the difficult decision of requesting the guest to leave the premises.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNET SERVICES?
Yes, wi-fi connection available. You will be given the details during check-in.
DOES AURAE OFFER TRANSPORTATION & ASSISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT?
Airport assistance services are available on arrival and departure for the guests who have booked their stay directly with Aurae’s reservations team. The charges are inclusive of the room package.
HOW CAN PAYMENT BE MADE?
100% booking Amount has to be deposited at the time of confirming reservation. We accept credit cards (Visa, Master and American Express) NEFT & RTGS.
IS AURAE CONDUCIVE TO GUESTS TRAVELING ALONE?
Aurae is a safe and welcoming resort for guests traveling alone. Many of our visitors, including female guests, choose to visit us independently to experience our healing and wellness journey. We prioritize creating a comfortable and secure environment for all.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ALONG?
Indian citizen guests: Kindly carry an ID card (e.g. Aadhar card, Pan card, Voter ID etc.)
Non-Indian Citizen: Kindly carry your original passport and visa.
Guest on a wellness Programme: Kindly bring along all your medical reports
For Wellness Activities: Walking attire & shoes, comfortable clothing, ample inner wear, 2 sets of swim wears, light woollens in winter,
Electronics: Appropriate converters for your electronic items (Indian current is 240 V).
CAN WE USE THE POOL FOR SWIMMING OTHER THAN HAVING IT FOR AQUA ACTIVITIES?
Yes, the swimming pool facility can be used for swimming as well.
ARE ATTENDANTS ALLOWED AT AURAE?
Yes, while attendants cannot stay with the guests, we provide separate accommodation for them in dormitories. Please note that the charges for the attendant’s stay are not included in the guest’s wellness program.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED AT AURAE?
Children aged 14 and above are considered adults and are eligible to participate in our wellness programs.
Children under the age of 14 are not eligible for wellness programs but are welcome to stay at the resort with their parents or guardians. They can enjoy their time with their family but are not permitted in the therapy areas. Additionally, at Aurae Wellness, we offer a dedicated kids’ recreational room, designed with fun and engaging activities, games, and entertainment to keep children entertained throughout their stay at the resort.
IS THERE ANY RETREAT/PROGRAMME FOR THE FAMILY?
We tailor our retreats to each individual’s unique needs. Our doctors create customized diet plans aligned with personal health goals. Connect with us to discuss your family’s objectives, and we’ll curate a bespoke wellness program.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Do I need to book a consultation before my arrival?
We will send you a pre-arrival consultation to gather necessary details. Additionally, if needed, we will arrange a further pre-arrival consultation to ensure a seamless experience.
