Attendant Policy
At Aurae Wellness, we understand that some guests may require assistance during their stay. To accommodate this, we have established the following attendant policy:
Eligibility and Accommodations
- Attendants are allowed to accompany guests.
- Attendants are not permitted to stay in guests’ rooms.
- Dedicated dormitory accommodations are available for attendees.
Food and Beverages
- Food and beverages are provided for attendants.
- An additional charge is applicable for attendant meals.
Charges and Payment
- Charges for the attendant’s stay, including accommodation and food, are not included in the guest’s wellness program.
- Attendant’s accommodation and meal charges are payable separately.
Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their attendant’s actions and well-being during their stay.
- Aurae Wellness reserves the right to ask attendants to leave the premises if they are found to be causing a disturbance or disrupting the peaceful environment of the resort.
- Attendors are strictly advised not to use Alcohol, Cigarette and gutka etc within the resort

Do’s and Don’ts

Prohibited Substances and Items
- Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the resort premises.
- Usage of pan and gutka is not allowed anywhere within the resort premise.
- Outside Food: No outside food is permitted within the resort premises.
- Visiters are only allowed in the lobby area.
- Room service are not available
- Our resort offers an exclusively vegetarian experience.
Dietary Guidelines
- Our doctors and dietitian will provide personalized diet plans to support your wellness journey.
- Kindly follow the diet plan to optimize the benefits of your stay.
Compliance and Consequences
- We respectfully request strict adherence to these guidelines..
- Failure to comply with our policies may result in the guest being asked to leave the premises.
- Once checked in, guests are not allowed to go out.
- Expensive jewels & appliances are not encouraged to carry and are solely responsible for the safety in case they choose to do so.
- Guests belonging are guests’ sole responsibility within the premise, we strongly recommend storing your valuables in the safe locker provided in the room.

Child Policy
At Aurae Wellness, we strive to provide a peaceful and rejuvenating environment for our guests. To ensure this, we have established the following child policy:
Eligibility for Wellness Programs
- Children aged 14 and above are considered adults and are eligible to participate in our wellness programs.
- Children under the age of 14 are not eligible to participate in our wellness programs.
Accommodations for Children
Children under the age of 14 are welcome to stay at the resort with their parents or guardians.
Access to Facilities
- Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the therapy areas.
- A dedicated kids’ recreational area is available, offering fun engaging activities, games, and entertainment.
Responsibility
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- Aurae Wellness reserves the right to ask parents or guardians to relocate children from any area if they are causing disturbance.
Laptop and Mobile Phone Policy
At Aurae wellness resort, we strive to provide a peaceful and rejuvenating environment for our guests. To support this goal, we have established the following policy regarding laptop and mobile phone usage:
Mobile Phones
- Mobile phones are allowed in guest rooms and designated areas.
- We kindly request that guests keep their mobile phones on silent mode or use earphones in public areas to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Mobile phone usage is not permitted in treatment , yoga and other therapy areas .
Laptops
- Laptops are allowed in guest rooms only.
- Laptop usage is not permitted in public areas, treatment rooms, yoga arena.
General Guidelines
- We encourage guests to minimize their use of electronic devices during their stay to fully immerse themselves in the wellness experience.
- Guests are responsible for keeping their electronic devices secure and safe.
- Aurae wellness resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ electronic devices.

Visitor Policy
At Aurae, we prioritize the privacy, comfort, and wellness of our guests. To maintain a peaceful and secure environment, we have established the following visitor policy:
General Guidelines
- Prior Permission Required: All visitors must obtain prior permission from the resort management or guest services before visiting.
- Restricted Access: Visitors are only permitted in the lobby area.
- No Unaccompanied Visitors: Visitors must be accompanied by their host guest at all times during the visit.
Special Circumstances
Special Events: Visitors may be allowed in designated areas for special events or functions, but only with prior approval from the resort management.
Prohibited Visits
- Unapproved Visitors: Visitors who have not obtained prior permission will not be allowed to enter the resort premises.
- Late-Night Visits: Visitors are not permitted to visit guests after 7pm to 9am without prior approval.
