Payment & Booking Policy

• A minimum 50% advance payment of the total retreat value is required to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to arrival.

• For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

• All payments should be made via online bank transfer, cheque, or demand draft to the following account:

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At Aurae Wellness, we understand the importance of flexibility while maintaining a commitment to fairness and operational planning. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy are as follows:

Cancellations

• Within 3 days of arrival
• 100% cancellation fee applies
• No refunds or rescheduling permitted

• Between 3 to 7 days of arrival
• 25% cancellation fee applies
• One-time rescheduling permitted within 6 months (subject to availability and applicable tariffs)
• OR a 100% credit note valid for 6 months

• 7 to 15 days before arrival
• 10% cancellation fee applies
• OR option for a full credit note valid for 6 months

• More than 15 days before arrival
• Full refund OR 100% credit note, as per guest preference

• No-shows or early departures
• No refund or rescheduling allowed
• Booking will be considered forfeited

Exceptional Circumstances

In case of closure due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Natural calamities

• Government-imposed travel bans or lockdowns

• National or global emergencies (e.g., pandemic)

Any eligible refunds or credit notes will be processed within 90 days of the resort resuming operations.

Additional Terms

• All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to rate differences if tariffs have changed.

• Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Aurae Wellness reserves the right to cancel any reservation in cases where:

•  False or incomplete medical/personal information is provided

• A guest is found clinically unsuitable for the wellness retreat after evaluation
